After the movie ‘Bheeshma,’ Nithiin has not had a significant hit. His latest film after four failures is ‘Extra Ordinary Man’. Directed by Vakkantham Vamsi, this film is jointly produced by N. Sudhakar Reddy and Nikita Reddy. Sri Leela stars as the heroine while Rajashekhar plays a pivotal role. Nithiin stated before the release that this is one of Vakkantham Vamsi’s best scripts. He promised that the movie would keep the audience laughing from start to finish. Let’s see if the movie lives up to the expectations and adds another hit to Nithiin’s career.

    Story

Abhi (Nithiin) works as a junior artist in films, aspiring to become a famous actor and hero. His life takes a turn with the entry of Likhita (Sri Leela), who falls in love with him. Just as things seem to be going smoothly, Abhi gets a chance to be a hero. Following some dramatic developments, Abhi becomes involved in a Satan-like character. Who is this Satan? Why did Abhi transform into Satan? What is IG Vijay Chakravarthy’s (Rajashekhar) connection to Satan? The rest of the story unfolds with these twists.

    Performance

Nithiin fits perfectly into the energetic role of Abhi, showcasing excellent body language and a significant improvement over his previous films, especially in terms of looks and styling. Sri Leela’s role is somewhat limited, confined mostly to songs, offering little scope for acting. Rajashekhar justifies his critical role effectively. Rao Ramesh, as the hero’s father, delivers a commendable performance and creates fun with his unique punch lines. Aadi, Sudev Nayar, Rohini, Sampath Raj, and Brahmanandam also do justice to their roles.

    Direction

Director Vakkantham Vamsi, despite choosing a weak storyline, manages to entertain the audience with humor to some extent. However, the interesting elements present in the first half are missing in the second half. The first half feels better than the second. Some scenes are far-fetched, lacking logic. The director also fails to strongly portray the love track between the hero and heroine. However, the movie will definitely appeal to those looking for pure entertainment and fun.

    Technical Aspects

On the technical front, the cinematography, art department, and music sections significantly enhance the film. Especially, the songs provided by Harris Jayaraj are captivating. The production values provided by Sudhakar Reddy and Nikita Reddy are commendable. However, the editing could have been tighter in places.

    • Music

    • Love Track

    Rating: 2.5/5
