The 2022 FIFA World Cup has reached the quarterfinals stage. 16 teams have been eliminated from the tournament and the remaining 16 teams will advance to the knockout stages.

In the 2018 World Cup, Belgium placed third, making them one of the favourites to win the tournament. However, their disappointing 0-0 draw with Croatia and unexpected 2-0 loss to Morocco put an early halt to their season.

Group G topper Brazil, one of the title favourites, will take on Group H runner up South Korea which have shocked Cristiano Ronalod’s Portugal by 2-1. This is going to be an interesting fixture in the round of 16.
