Mythri Movie Makers began with a bang after entering with little to no fanfare and producing a blockbuster starring the greatest actor in Tollywood. They are currently working on a PAN India movie to gain recognition across the whole country.
The idea of Mythri Movie Makers was born in the mind of Naveen Yerneni Hailing from Vijayawada, he settled in America and became a movie distributor there.
How the Idea was born?
Since he was a little child, he has enjoyed Telugu films, and this has continued even after he went to America. And thank God, he dabbled in the business
of making movies.
He shared his idea with his friends Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri and started working on their production banner in 2012.
In 2012, Naveen Yerneni met director Koratala Siva while shooting Mirchi. He has been hearing stories since then. In 2015, a banner was set up in the name of Mythri Movie Makers
In 2015, the movie Srimanthudu with Tollywood legend Mahesh Babu and director Koratala Siva, who was previously their known acquaintance, was announced. The movie, which had
a roughly Rs. 70 crore budget, grossed more than Rs. 140 crore and became
a blockbuster.
First Entry with Grand Budget
When questioned about the first movie's large budget, You were not afraid?
Naveen Yerneni asserts that he produced a huge-budget film to help him overcome his fear of pursuing film productions.
Why Big Budget with the first film?
Superstar Krishna is a favorite of Naveen Yerneni. However, they say that this was not the reason they met. Because of our relationship with Koratala, we got to know Mahesh. Why ‘Mahesh Babu’ seemed to enjoy us is beyond me, we're just lucky, says Naveen.

The following year, Janatha Garage, starring Jr. NTR and Mohanlal and directed by Koratala once more, was produced by Mytri Movie Makers. It was a huge success. It cost between 40 and 50 crores to make, and it has made about 140+ crores.
The second Film is also a Blockbuster
Their third movie, 'Rangasthalam' was helmed by talented director Sukumar in 2018. This movie, which had a 60 crore rupee budget, made 216 crores, generating a wave of revenues for the filmmakers.

in India and another six months
in America. Naveen will handle
the project's logistics, finances, post-production, and movie promotions. Mohan supports Naveen in all these areas. Ravi Shankar manages and takes care of the actual production of the film.

In 2018, they produced blockbusters like Rangasthalam and also tasted defeat as Srinu Vaitla's Amar Akbar Antony, starring Ravi Teja, and Chandu Mondeti's Savyasachi, starring Naga Chaitanya, bombed at the box office.

After that, in 2019, they did films such as ‘Chitralahari’, Dear Comrade, Gang Leader, and ‘Mathu Vadalara’. In this, ‘Mathu Vadalara’ made with a modest budget of just Rs. 2.1 crores became hugely successful.
Following their success at the box office in Tollywood with a small movie called "Uppena" in 2021, they stunned everyone in India with "Pushpa." It was not only Allu Arjun's highest-grossing film, but it also catapulted him to instant celebrity throughout India.
PAN India
Pushpa helped ‘Mythri’ well-known throughout the entire world in addition to India. Devi Sri Prasad's pulse-beating songs, along with Sukumar's direction and Allu Arjun's performance, made Pushpa achieve immense success globally.
In 2022, ‘Mythri’ once again teamed up with Mahesh Babu for ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, It was a success at the box office. But after that the other three movies that came out that year i.e. ‘Ante Sundaranaki’, Happy Birthday 'Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali' were not that successful.

There were rumors at the time that Mythri and Dil Raju had a fight that was detrimental to them. Dilraju, however, asserted that little conflicts are common in business and they both are fine.
Relationship with Allu Aravind and Dil Raju?
Both of this year's Sankranti releases, "Waltair Veerayya" and "Veera Simha Reddy," did well. While filming Rangasthalam, 'Mythri' fixated on working on a Chiranjeevi starrer, and they have now accomplished that goal with 'Waltair Veerayya'.
2023 belongs to Mythri
