Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's box office success has slowed in recent years as he has failed to meet the tastes and expectations of the new age cinema lovers.

The actor is expecting to bounce back at the box office with his new flick, "Dhamaka," which is making quite a buzz among the audience.

"Dhamaka," directed by Trinath Rao, stars Ravi Teja and Sreeleela in lead roles. Will Ravi Teja be able to make a big statement with this film? Let’s find out.

The business empire of a powerful businessman is under attack by a gang of individuals. The businessman's son, on the other hand, needs to take action to protect his family heritage.

Story

How can the son prevent the evildoers from stealing his business empire? This is the movie's plot, basically. Ravi Teja played a dual role in this film.

The comedy serves as the main driving force for the first half. This similar plot has been used in a lot of movies. By including humour and certain narrative twists, the filmmaker attempted to refine the story.

First Half

The first half of "Dhamaka" is underwhelming, but the filmmaker picks up steam at the finish of the first half with a bit of a surprise.

Interval Block

The major plot and flashbacks are covered in the second half. You'll be hooked to your seat throughout the conflicting protagonist and antagonist action scenes. The second half is carried by Ravi Teja's dialogues and energy, but the audience is left unsatisfied with the storyline.

Second half

Both parts were perfectly played by Ravi Teja, whose hallmark humour and action are the movie's main strengths. Actress Sreeleela does a great job in her part; in the dancing scenes, she is on level with Ravi Teja.

The songs and background music that Bheems Ceciroleo created for this movie are amazing, and they fit the scene beautifully. Bheems provided the "Seeti Maar" soundtrack for this movie.

Music

As in his other flicks "Cinema Chupista Mama" and "Nenu Local," Trinatha Rao Nakkina merely proceeded with a tried-and-tested masala narrative. Although he doesn't appear to care about realistic details, he nonetheless crafted a respectable movie.
