Kaikala Satyanarayana started his film journey as a stunt double for Sr. NTR. Due to their close similarities, he was considered the doppelganger of NTR. However, he slowly made it into the movies as an actor with his acting talent and commitment.

Satyanarayana received critical acclaim for his performance as Kurava King Dushansana in NTR's Narthana Shala. He also played the role of Duryodhana in the movie "Sri Krishnavataram," and he reprised the same in the film "Kurukshetram."
