Huawei Mate XT: A Smartphone Costing more than 12 Lakhs.

Huawei recently released a new foldable phone. The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate is the world’s first smartphone with a triple screen foldable design, making a striking impression. Recently, the international luxury gadget manufacturer, Caviar, has crafted this phone with special 24-karat gold.

Black Dragon – Gold Dragon

In this special edition by Caviar, there are two variants available: Black Dragon and Gold Dragon. This phone comes in storage capacities of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate operates with an octa-core Kirin 9010 chipset. It features a 5600mAh battery, offering extended usage.

The price for the Black Dragon variant for the 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options are respectively $12,770 (approximately Rs. 10,69,000), $13,200 (approximately Rs. 11,06,000), and $13,630 (approximately Rs. 11,41,000). The Gold Dragon model is priced at $14,500 (approximately Rs. 12,14,700) for 256GB, $14,930 (approximately Rs. 12,50,808) for 512GB, and $15,360 (approximately Rs. 12,86,900) for 1TB storage. These special edition phones are limited to only 88 units.

Price of Huawei Mate XT Ultimate in China

In the Chinese market, the base model of the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at CNY 19,999 (approximately Rs. 2,37,000).

Gold Dragon – Black Dragon Design

The Gold Dragon Huawei Mate XT Ultimate is crafted with 24-karat gold, inspired by the ancient Chinese Longquan swordsmithing technique and is forged in multiple layers. The Black Dragon model is covered in black alligator leather with gold-plated inserts, adding an exclusive elegance to the phone.

Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Specifications

The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate runs on HarmonyOS 4.2. It has a 10.2-inch flexible LTPO OLED main screen that turns into a 7.9-inch screen upon folding once, and a 6.4-inch screen upon a second fold. It uses the Kirin 9010 chipset, providing powerful performance.

Camera Features

In terms of cameras, the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra wide camera, and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, all supporting Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For selfies, it has an 8-megapixel camera integrated into the display.

Battery

The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate has a 5600mAh battery supporting 66W wired and 50W wireless charging, providing fast charging capabilities and long-lasting battery life.

According to Huawei, this Huawei Mate XT Ultimate phone will be available globally in the first quarter of 2025.
