Tamil star Ajith Kumar is busy in his career. He recently completed shooting ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ and has agreed to collaborate with another prominent director, Prashanth Neel, known for his work on ‘KGF’. Reports suggest that Prashanth Neel will direct two films starring Ajith; one is a standalone movie with a unique storyline, and the other will connect to the ‘KGF’ universe. It is being discussed that Ajith will also feature in ‘KGF 3’, generating significant excitement among fans of the series. There are already predictions that ‘KGF 3’ will break all existing records.
Time Constraint?
Ajith and Prashanth Neel already have projects in hand. After ‘Vidaamuyarchi’, Ajith has agreed to a project titled ‘Good Bad Ugly’, to be directed by Adhik Ravichandran and soon to go on the sets, produced by Tollywood’s Mythri Movie Makers. Prashanth Neel is also fully occupied, currently handling ‘Salaar 2’ and has announced ‘NTR 31’ with Junior NTR. After completing these two films, there is a chance to kickstart the movie with Ajith. Meanwhile, ‘KGF’ hero Yash has also begun shooting for the movie ‘Toxic’. With all three key figures busy, ‘KGF 3’ may not start filming anytime soon.

The ‘KGF’ film, featuring Yash and directed by Prashanth Neel, was released on December 21, 2018, and created a sensation. The film drew everyone’s attention from the trailer and post-release, it created a tsunami of collections. It collected over ₹250 crores, making it the highest-grossing movie in Kannada industry history. Following that, ‘KGF 2’ went on to create even more records, grossing ₹1,225–1,250 crores worldwide and securing the fourth position in the list of highest-grossing films in India. This success has set high expectations for ‘KGF 3’.
