To commemorate the birthday of the legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao, May 4th is annually celebrated as ‘Directors’ Day’. This year, the Film Director’s Association has planned a grand celebration at the LB Stadium in Hyderabad. Recently, the association extended an invitation to Prabhas to attend the event. In response, Prabhas contributed Rs. 35 lakhs to enhance the festivities, a donation that was publicly acknowledged by the association’s president. This generous act has brought Prabhas widespread praise.

Prabhas has more pan-India projects lined up than any other star in the country. Due to his packed schedule, any director receiving his approval can expect their project to start no earlier than 2026. Currently, he is involved in ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ which is slated for release this year. He is also working on ‘Raja Saab‘ under Maruthi’s direction, which is progressing rapidly. Up next, he will collaborate with Sandeep Reddy Vanga on a film titled ‘Spirit.’ In addition, a sequel to ‘Salaar,’ directed by Prashanth Neel, is expected to begin shooting this year. Prabhas is also set to portray Lord Shiva in Manchu Vishnu’s ‘Kannappa,’ and has another project in the pipeline with Hanu Raghavapudi. Completing all these projects is anticipated to take at least two years.
