Review: Nithiin’s ‘Macherla Niyojakavargam’ is a routine mass entertainer

‘Macherla Niyojakavargam’ starring Nithiin is released in theaters today. The trailer, songs, and a massive pre-release event have created a good amount of buzz among the audience. Kriti Shetty and Catherine played the female leads in this film. It is directed by Rajasekhar Reddy and produced by Shresth Movies.

Plot

Siddharth Reddy (Nithin) is an honest IAS officer. Siddharth is assigned to Guntur, where he engages in conflict with Rajappa, a powerful politician and bully. Officer Siddharth makes the decision to remove Rajappa’s monopoly despite the fact that Rajappa always manipulates the polls and wins with a unanimous vote. How did Siddharth Reddy thwart Rajappa in the Macherla elections as a collector? What happened in this series of events? You must see it in a theater if you want to find out.

Analysis

Rajasekhar Reddy, who has served as an editor on more than 20 movies, makes his directorial debut with “Macherla Niyojakavargam.” He chose a predictable, well-worn plot that only emphasises the protagonist and antagonist. He succeeded with the screenplay despite the routine script. The movie’s commercial components are equally spread. The first half drags and has a lot of extraneous material. After the intermission block, the plot really takes off. Impressive action scenes can be found in the second half. They are the film’s only x-factors. The chemistry between Kriti Shetty and Nithiin was great. Dances are well synced with the songs. With a glamorous role, Catherine sparkles. In the song “Ra Ra Reddy,” Anjali steals the show.

Performances

The spectators were amazed by Nithiin’s abilities as an IAS official. He has a refined appearance but thrives in action sequences. Catherine and Kriti Shetty were excellent in their performances. The comedies of Vennela Kishore, Rajendra Prasad, and Murali Sharma are worth mentioning. Brahmaji, Shyamala, Indraja, and others acted well.

Technical Aspects

Despite the fact that this is Rajasekhar Reddy’s first film as a filmmaker, he was able to produce a quality commercial comedy. With her background score, Mahathi Swarasagar elevates the action moments. High production values can be found. Editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao could hav done a better job.
