“Virata Parvam” will be streaming on Netflix just 2 weeks after its theatrical release. The Sai Pallavi and Rana Daggubati starrer will be available for streaming on July 2. Telugu movie lovers are quite surprised to learn of this unexpected announcement.
The movie “Virata Parvam” is unique and unlike any other regular masala movie. The Telangana region’s true events from the year 1990’s Naxalite movement served as the inspiration for the film. After its debut, the film garnered overwhelmingly favorable reviews from both critics and some audiences. “Virata Parvam” was a fantastic movie, but it didn’t do well at the box office. Due to the film’s underwhelming box office results, the producers decided to release it early on their digital streaming partner Netflix.
“Virata Parvam” was helmed by Venu Udugala, produced by Suresh Productions. Suresh Bobbili composed the soundtrack. Priyamani, Nandita Das, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Easwari Rao, Sai Chand, Nivetha Pethuraj, Rahul Ramakrishna and Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari played key roles in this film.
