Shakti is a thief who steals from the wealthy and distributes the money to the poor. Divya (Mahima Nambiar) tries to get him caught by the police. It is eventually revealed that Shakti and Divya are working together to help the poor through these thefts. Will the police catch Shakti? The rest of the story revolves around the relationship between Divya and Shakti.
