Storyline: A Dive into Love and Rules Meet Mano Ranjan (played by Kiran Abbavaram), a software engineer bound by stringent rules in life. One day, while on duty at Sakhineti Palli Police Station, Shiva comes to know that Rajanna (Arvind Swamy) has been arrested and that someone is trying to kill Rajanna. Meanwhile, he also discovers that Revathi is going to get married to another person. Shiva takes Rajanna and Revathi along with him to the court that same night, determined to deliver justice. But, the questions remain - why was Rajanna arrested? Who wants him dead? Will Shiva be able to win Revathi's love amidst all this chaos? These are the key elements of the original storyline of the movie. Story and Performances: The movie starts with an accident and takes about 15 minutes to introduce the characters. The pace of narration before the pre-interval is slow, but it picks up after the interval. The action episode at the interval is a highlight of the movie. However, the second half of the movie suffers from extended and stretched scenes that bore the audience. The love track with Kriti Shetty is also underwhelming. Nevertheless, the action episodes and twists in the story keep the audience engaged. Naga Chaitanya's acting as Shiva is commendable, and he excels in the action scenes. Kriti Shetty shares the screen equally with Naga Chaitanya and delivers a decent performance. Priyamani and Arvind Swamy are noteworthy in their respective roles, and Sarath Kumar, Vennela Kishore, and the rest of the cast do justice to their roles. Technical Aspects: Director Venkat Prabhu's trademark narration is evident in the movie, but the story could have been written more grippingly. The music by Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja raises expectations, but the songs are not impressive. The background score, however, is a big asset to the movie and elevates some scenes. The cinematography and editing are good. Conclusion: Custody had a lot of expectations riding on it, given the cast and crew. While the movie has some strong performances and action scenes, the story falls short of expectations. The slow start, stretched scenes, and underwhelming love track make the movie less engaging. This year, several star heroes are testing their luck in the Sankranti race. Additionally, OTT platforms are also releasing fresh movies and web series to entertain the audience. Movies Releasing in Theaters Guntur Kaaram An action drama film "Guntur Kaaram," directed by Trivikram and starring Mahesh Babu, features Sree Leela and Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female leads. This film is set to release in theaters on January 12 as a Sankranti treat. After "Athadu" and "Khaleja," this is another awaited movie from the Mahesh-Trivikram combo, raising high expectations.       Rama Banam Movie Review: Is Gopichand's latest movie worth the watch?

With legendary actors like Jagapathi Babu and Khushboo, as well as talented comedians like Ali and Vennela Kishore in the cast, the movie had a lot of buzz surrounding it. However, does it live up to the hype? Story: The movie revolves around a joint family with strong values and rules, which becomes the target of the corporate mafia. The protagonist, played by Gopichand, takes on powerful enemies to save his family. While the story has potential, the lack of novelty and routine feel of the movie is a downside. Although the first half scenes are decent, the second half slows down, and the movie feels like it has been seen before. Performances Gopichand, as always, delivers an impressive performance, excelling in all aspects of comedy, action, and dance. His action scenes are the highlight of the movie. Dimple Hayati looks stunning and performs her role well. Jagapathi Babu's crucial role is played with excellent performance, while the comedy of Saptagiri, Vennela Kishore, Ali, Getup Srinu, and Satya is good. Technical Aspects Technically, the movie has its ups and downs. Although director Srivasu has taken a good story, the lack of novelty and routine feeling of the movie is a downside. The action and comedy scenes are well executed, and the sentimental scenes are well done. Mickey Jay's BGM elevates the action scenes, while Cinematography is amazing. In conclusion, Rama Banam has its ups and downs. While Gopichand's performance and the action and comedy scenes make it worth watching, the routine story and slow pace in the second half are a downside.
