Yashoda (Samantha), a poor young woman, agrees to become a surrogate mother due to her family's financial situation. She is taken to Eva, a surrogacy center run by Madhu (Varalakshmi Sarathkumar). At the center, Yashoda discovers the horrifying truths hidden behind the surrogacy. The story follows Samantha's struggle against the surrogacy mafia and whether she escapes from their clutches.
