Kota Srinivasa Rao is an Indian character actor, who has predominantly worked in Telugu cinema and theater. As a former politician, he has also served as an MLA from Vijayawada East in Andhra Pradesh, India from 1999 to 2004. He has received numerous state Nandi Awards and the Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honor, for his contributions to Indian cinema.
