
Vijayashanti
Born : June 24 , 1966
Vijayashanthi, affectionately known as Ramulamma and the Lady Amitabh among Telugu audiences, made her film debut with "Kiladi Krishnudu" (1980). Despite acting in several films during her initial four years, she didn't gain significant recognition until the release of "Neti Bharatam" (1983) directed by T. Krishna, which established her as a prominent actress. Her performance in this film earned critical acclaim. She then starred in successful movies such as "Pratighatana" , "Muddula Krishnayya" , "Desoddharakudu" , "Kondaveeti Raja" , "Padamati Sandhya Ragam" , "Swayamkrushi" , "Janaki Ramudu" , "Koduku Diddina Kapuram" , "Muvva Gopaludu" , "Muddula Mavayya" , "Pasivadi Pranam" , "Attaku Yamudu Ammayiki Mogudu" , "Gang Leader" , "Osey Ramulamma" , "Karthavyam" and "Bharatha Naari." Throughout her 30-year-long film career, she acted in over 180 films.
