Devi Sri Prasad is an Indian music director. He is primarily known for his work in Telugu and Tamil films. Devi Sri comes from a family with a background in classical music, and he developed an interest in becoming a music director from a young age. He made his debut as a music director in the film "Devi" (1999), directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. It was through this film that he gained recognition as a music director. He went on to compose music for several hit films such as "Khadgam" , "Manmadhudu" , "Sontham" , "Venky" , "Arya" , "Shankar Dada M.B.B.S." , "Mass" , "Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana" , "Varsham" , "Ready" , "100% Love" , "Gabbar Singh" and "Attarintiki Daredi", among others. He has received numerous nominations and awards for his music, including 11 nominations and 7 wins in the Best Music Director category at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA). In the 69th National Film Awards, his work in the film "Pushpa" (2021) earned him the National Award for Best Music Director in Telugu.
