Niharika Konidela entered Telugu cinema with the movie "Oka Manasu" (2013), marking her debut. She received recognition right from her first film. Following that, she appeared in "Happy Wedding", "Suryakantham", and "Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy". She also acted in web series like "Nanna Koochi", "Madhouse", and "A Chinna Family Story". Currently, along with acting in films, she has also ventured into production and started her production house.
