Pixee Fox is enthralled by the idea of resembling a cartoon character, complete with a tiny waist and bouncing buttocks. She has previously had nose surgery, eyelid surgery, a brow lift, lip fillers, cheek fillers, four breast surgeries, a Brazilian butt lift, permanent makeup, and six ribs removed to achieve her extreme look.
