August 25,26 Telugu movie/OTT releases (Updated)

Finally, the much-anticipated Vijay Devarakonda film “Liger” is set to release this week. This week will see the release of numerous additional smaller films in addition to “Liger.”  Let’s see what they are.

‘Liger’-25 August 

Vijay Deverakonda is coming back to the big screens after two years of hiatus with “Liger.” This sports drama is directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Charmee Kaur. Ananya Pandey is making her Telugu debut with this film. Audiences have humongous expectations for this film. “Liger” is the first pan-India release for Vijay Deverakonda.

‘Kalapuram’-26 August 

“Kalapuram” is made by Karuna Kumar, who previously directed “Palasa” and “Sridevi Soda Center.” Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has released the trailer for this film. Satyam Rajesh and Chitra Seenu are playing the lead roles in this movie.

‘Geeta’-26 August 

Sunil and Hebba Patel play the lead roles in the suspense thriller “Geeta.” Director V.V. Vinayak has launched the first look of this movie. Sunil has high hopes for this flick.

‘Bhala Chora Bhala’-26 August 

Actor Khayyum Ali’s upcoming comedy entertainer “Bhala Chora Bhala” is gearing up for theatrical release. The film will be helmed by A Pradeep. Venkatesh Marturu, Ram Jagan, Chintu, and Chitram Seenu will be seen in prominent roles. It is bankrolled by Janani Pradeep under the banner of Active Studios.

‘New’-26 August 

At the box office, debutants Sai Ram Siddarth and Srujana Polishetty will test their fates at the box office with their flick “New.” The film is directed and produced by Rajendra Darshan.

‘Kalingapatnam Jeeva’-26 August 

The action thriller “Kalingapatnam Jeeva” stars Rithwik Chillikeshala, Bindu Nuthakiy, Chitra Shukla, and Jabardast Emanuel in pivotal roles. The story, screenplay, and production are by Rithwik Chillikeshala under the banner of DL Productions. Shubhankar composed the music.

‘PK(Telugu)’ – 26 August 

TV actress Ashu Reddy is making her big screen debut with the film “PK.” The film is directed by debutant Hemanth. Kabir Rafi has provided the music.
