August’s surprise winner could be Dulquer Salman’s “Sita Ramam”

The Dulquer Salman, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer “Sita Ramam” is just 2 days away from release. Salman and his team are going all out to promote their film. The Malayalam actor’s debut straight Telugu movie, “Sita Ramam,” is also being dubbed into Tamil and Malayalam.

The film is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Ashwini Dutt. “Sita Ramam” has raised expectations among the audience with its intriguing trailer and soothing melodies. The lead actor’s star power has contributed to the film’s tremendous pre-release buzz. In addition, Prabhas, the biggest celebrity in the country, will attend the pre-release event today, thanks to the film’s producers. Producer Ashwini Dutt seems to have a lot of faith in his movie.

USA premieres 

“Sita Ramam” USA premieres this Thursday. The film is registering decent Pre sales and most likely to have $100K + opening, which is a very healthy figure. The film’s overseas rights were valued at 2.5 crores.

The film’s worldwide theatrical rights were valued at 18.70 crores. “Sita Ramam” must cross the 19 core mark to be called a hit. If the flick releases to positive reviews and good word of mouth Dulquer Salman’s telugu debut will be a fruitful venture.
