The key members and producers in the industry are meeting to discuss the persistent shortfalls impacting the Telugu film industry. The Active Producers Guild, the Telangana Film Chamber, and the Andhra Film Chamber have all gathered to talk about the same issue. The producers’ guild even announced a stop to filming for movies from August 1st in order to get things under control. The producers’ primary concerns are production expenses and actor remuneration. To resurrect the industry, many producers urged the actors to take pay cuts.
One of the top producers in the business, Dil Raju, have spoken with Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and NTR to discuss the present state of the industry and its worrisome aspects. According to recent reports, heroes have come forward to reduce their remunerations. Megastar Chiranjeevi has already written a letter to the producer guild about the shooting crisis.
