After a global success with ‘RRR‘, Mega Powerstar Ram Charan is working on the film ‘Game Changer’. The movie, produced by Dil Raju, features Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor opposite Charan. Directed by star director Shankar, fans have been eagerly waiting for this film from three years. Apart from the leaks that surfaced online recently, there hasn’t been a significant update from the film’s unit. The film unit has been cautious not to let any official information slip out. However, now a story claiming to be ‘Game Changer’s plot is making rounds on the internet. It’s noteworthy that Amazon Prime has leaked this storyline.

A grand event was hosted by Amazon Prime on Tuesday, where the upcoming movies on their OTT platform were announced. During this event, Prime announced that they had acquired the rights for Ram Charan‘s ‘Game Changer’. Not stopping there, Amazon also revealed the plot lines of upcoming movies/series, including ‘Game Changer’. According to them, the story is about an honest IAS officer who fights against political corruption to bring about changes in governance. This plot is currently getting viral, causing agitation among Charan’s fans, questioning why the story was disclosed. It’s known that Charan is playing dual roles as father and son in this film.
Woah, all those crores!
It’s rumored that Amazon has purchased the digital rights for ‘Game Changer’ across all languages for a whopping ₹110 crores. The cinema circles are astonished that such a hefty amount was paid even before the movie’s theatrical release. However, there has been no official announcement regarding this. Regardless, purchasing digital rights for ₹110 crores is considerably high, effectively covering half the budget for the producers before release. If true, ‘Game Changer’ would become the first Telugu film to be sold to OTT for such an amount.
