The tech giant Honor, originating from China, is all set to launch its latest tablet in India. Named “Honor Pad 9,” this tablet is quickly gearing up for its release in India. Honor unveiled this tablet to the world at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event in Barcelona last month. Having already been available in China, where it received positive feedback, preparations are now underway to launch the “Honor Pad 9” in India as well, according to CP Khandelwal, the managing director of H-Tech Joint. The “Honor Pad 9” tablet features a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 500 nits. It runs on the MagicOS 7.2 operating system and is powered by a processor that works in conjunction with an Adreno 710 GPU graphics card.
RAM & Storage
The Honor Pad 9 tablet will come to the market equipped with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, also supporting memory expansion. This means that the storage capacity can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.
Big Battery
The Honor Pad 9 model houses an 8300mAh battery, which supports 35 watts of fast charging. On the day of the launch, it was announced that the battery could support up to 8 hours of continuous video playback.
Camera
The Honor Pad 9 tablet is equipped with a 13MP rear camera that supports 4K video recording. It also includes features such as portrait and HDR modes. Additionally, for selfies and video calls, there’s an 8MP front camera fixed on this remarkable tablet.
Connectivity Features
This new Honor tablet comes with various connectivity features including Wi-Fi 802, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type C, and OTG. Additionally, the tablet is equipped with a dual microphone setup. The company has incorporated 8 speakers into this device, promising a loud sound and a great experience, as per Honor officials. The tablet has a thickness of 6.96mm and weighs 555 grams.
Color Options
The Honor Pad 9 tablet is expected to be launched in three colors: Azure, White, and Gray, making its debut in India in these options.

There has been no official announcement from the company regarding the price of the Honor Pad 9 in India. Full clarity on the price and features is expected on the day of the launch. However, company sources suggest that the tablet’s price could be under INR 20,000.
