Young hero Nikhil’s new film ‘Karthikeya 2’ is released in theaters today. The Chandoo mondeti directed film is the follow up of 2014’s ‘Karthikeya.’ Anupama Parameswaran plays the female lead. Following multiple delays, this adventurous movie finally debuted to incredibly high expectations. People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts collaborated on its production. Will “Karthikeya 2” be worth the wait, let’s find out.
Nikhil (Karthikeya) plays the role of doctor in this movie. He also pursues several elusive topics outside of his line of work. Similar to what occurred in Subramaniapuram in the first chapter, he attempts to solve the enigma behind some unfolding occurrences in Dwaraka. His discovery reveals a wealth of fascinating information about our prehistoric beliefs and the relevance of Lord Krishna in Dwarka. How does Karthikeya enter Dwaraka to begin his journey? What challenges face him along the way? Did he succeed in achieving his goals? These answers must be discovered in theaters.
With its inventive tale “Karthikeya-2” spreads positive vibes among moviegoers. Although the first half of the movie drags in places, it speeds up beautifully before the interval, whetting viewers’ appetites for the second half. Every scene has a fantastical quality that keeps viewers engaged. Director Chandoo has done a good job of keeping the suspense and mystery at the conclusion. In contrast to many mystery-thriller movies, his confession was crystal apparent. Of course, there are some shortcomings, but they don’t really seem to matter given the movie’s engaging story. Overall, Nikhil is expected to deliver a successful picture that deserves praise.
In his role, Nikhil excels, and this is probably his best acting effort to date. He effortlessly introduces us to Karthikeya’s universe. Anupama Parameswaran does admirably in her role. The X-factors of this movie are Anupam Kher and his dialogues. Aditya Menon performed admirably in a negative role. With his humour, Srinivas Reddy keeps us entertained.
The “Karthikeya 2” creators have done an incredible job, the film is a pure visual feast. Although Kala Bhairava’s music keeps us enthralled, the background score could have been done better. The cinematography by Karthik Ghattamaneni is amazing. The audience is riveted to their chairs by the scenes from the Kashmir Valley. The exact result that Chandu Mondeti had in mind was what he produced. A great theatrical experience is guaranteed by the film’s spectacular visuals in the last act.
