Recently, the company launched a brand-new mobile in India named ‘Nothing Phone 2a’ on Tuesday (February 5). Its stunning features are particularly captivating. ‘Moto Edge 40 Neo’, recently introduced by Motorola, seems to compete with this Nothing phone. Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo phone comes in 8GM RAM / 128GB ROM, 12GB RAM / 256GB storage options. Both phones offer the capability to expand the storage up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The price of Nothing Phone 2a varies by variant: the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at ₹23,999, the 8GB + 256GB at ₹25,999, and the 12GB + 256GB at ₹27,999. It will be available on Flipkart from March 12. As for the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, the 8GB RAM / 128GB variant costs ₹22,999, and the 12GB RAM / 256GB variant is priced at ₹24,999, currently available on Flipkart.
Which has the upper hand?
With both Nothing Phone 2a and Motorola Edge 40 Neo released in the same price segment and nearly identical features, the choice is tough. However, in terms of operating system, Nothing (Android 14) appears more advanced than Moto (Android 13). Nothing stands out with its rear camera features, while Moto seems better in terms of battery, notably offering turbo fast charging support.
