Pan India star Prabhas stars in the film directed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel, titled ‘Salaar’. Released last December, this film was success at the box office, grossing over Rs. 600 crores. Currently, a sequel to this movie is also on the way. Titled ‘Salaar Part 2; Shouryaanga Parvam’, it is set to be developed. However, there’s a buzz about another movie in the works from the Prabhas – Prashanth Neel combo. This news is currently making lot of noise on social media.

The buzz is swirling on the internet about the title of this hat-trick movie coming from the Prabhas, Prashanth Neel combo. Reports suggest that the movie has been titled ‘Ravanam’. It is said to be the biggest film in Prabhas’s career and is rumored to feature a story never seen before in the history of Indian cinema, as per Tollywood circles.
Just Like Baahubali..!
It’s being said that, similar to Baahubali, this film will also be a mythological drama. Prabhas has not done a movie in this genre since Baahubali. Although Prabhas acted in ‘Adipurush’, which was based on Ramayana, the upcoming commercial film ‘Ravanam’ is expected to elevate Prabhas’s fame and career to new heights. Despite the lack of clarity on the story, the speculation that it might be mythological movie’.

There’s buzz on social media that prominent Tollywood producer Dil Raju will be producing this movie. He is said to be making this film a prestigious project. Currently, Dil Raju is producing ‘Game Changer’ with Ram Charan, directed by Tamil director Shankar. Dil Raju’s focus is entirely on that movie right now. It’s rumored that after ‘Game Changer’, Dil Raju will shift his focus to the making of ‘Ravanam’. However, an official announcement is awaited.
When is the Shooting?
There are differing opinions on social media regarding the shooting of ‘Ravanam’. Some say that the shooting will commence immediately after ‘Salaar 2’. Previously, Prashanth Neel announced a film with Jr NTR, which was supposed to be ‘NTR 31’. However, according to recent buzz, ‘Ravanam’ is expected to start shooting before that movie.
