“Mass MahaRaja ” Ravi Teja’s much buzzed film “Rama Rao On Duty” is releasing in theaters worldwide tomorrow. Director Sarath Mandava and his team are quite confident about their film. Ravi Teja and Sarath Mandava are leaving no stone unturned to promote their flick. A grand pre-release event, numerous interviews etc Ravi Teja and his team did it all.
The theatrical rights to “Rama Rao On Duty” were worth Rs 18 crores in business terms. To be considered a successful project, the movie must gross over 18 crores. Given the state of the market, it’s a difficult but not impossible challenge. It would be a cakewalk for Ravi Teja’s movie to break even if it receives favourable reviews from the audience.
Along with “Rama Rao On Duty,” Sudeep’s “Virant Rona” will be a strong challenger at the box office this weekend. With “Rama Rao On Duty,” let’s hope Ravi Teja ends Tollywood’s string of failures.
Divyansha Kaushik and Rajisha Vijayan are playing female leads.Venu Thottempudi will also be doing a vital role in the project that will also mark his comeback. Nasser, Sr Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, ‘Sarpatta’ John Vijay, Chaitanya Krishna, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Rama Krishna, Eerojullo Sree, Madhu Sudan Rao, and Surekha Vani will also be part of the cast. Directed by Sarath Mandava and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri. “Rama Rao On Duty” will hit the theaters on August 29.
