    Akkinneni Nageswara Rao, fondly known as ANR, has left an indelible mark as the "Natasamrat" (Emperor of Acting) in the hearts of Telugu audiences. His career in the film industry spanned nearly 70 years, beginning with the film "Dharmapatni" (1941). He gained recognition with "Sri Seeta Rama Jananam" (1944) and acted in over 250 films, earning a reputation as a legendary actor in the Telugu film industry. ANR was famous for his roles in romantic and dramatic films. His performances in "Devadasu" (1953) as a heartbroken lover, "Mayabazar" (1957) as Abhimanyu, "Laila Majnu" (1949), and "Prem Nagar" (1971) were particularly noteworthy.
