Vivo has officially announced the launch date of its new iQOO 13 smartphone. Despite releasing teasers over time, the release date was unknown until now. Vivo’s iQOO brand has confirmed that this device will also be released in India in November.
Upcoming iQOO 13 with Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor:
This handset is expected to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Following the recent Snapdragon Summit, expectations for this phone have increased. This is the first time this smartphone is utilizing the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
Launch Date Details:
In China, the iQOO 13 is scheduled for launch on October 30 at 04:00 PM local time (IST 01:30 PM). After its launch in the Chinese market, this phone will also be released in India. Following the Realme GT 7 Pro, this phone will be the second smartphone in the Indian market with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Once launched in India, the device can be purchased through Amazon India and the official iQOO India website.
Display Features:
The iQOO 13 features a 6.82-inch 2K Q10 Everest display developed in collaboration with BOE. This display comes with a 144Hz refresh rate, allowing for smooth utilization of the smartphone. It is the world’s first display to incorporate OLED eye protection technology.
Design:
The design of the iQOO 13 is said to resemble previous models but with some updated features. Available in colors like Isle of Man, White Legendary Edition, Black Racetrack, and Grey, this phone comes with a flat frame, a speaker grill at the top, and power and volume buttons on the right side. The back features the iQOO logo. The White model includes BMW Motorsport branding.

The iQOO 13 smartphone operates with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. In terms of RAM and storage, it is available with up to 24GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage variants. Additionally, the phone includes a multi-layer graphene, 7K ultra-large area VC cooling system, ensuring fewer issues arise. Operating on OriginOS 5, this phone provides an optimal user experience.
Gaming
The iQOO 13 comes with a Q2 gaming chip, supporting 2K super-resolution and 144fps gaming. Additionally, it is confirmed to come with a 6150mAh silicon-carbon battery, offering extended battery life. It also supports 120W fast charging.
Price
In India, the price for the 256GB variant of the iQOO 13 is expected to be above Rs. 55,000. The price could be reduced with bank offers during sales.
