The movie “Godfather” starring megastar Chiranjeevi opened in theaters on October 5. The movie is performing really well at the box office. The global take for “Godfather” surpassed 70 crores in three days. Even on weekdays, it’s a great hold for the movie given its limited release. This weekend, the movie is anticipated to perform due to the strong advance bookings.
Chiranjeevi posted a video on his instagram praising Salman Khan for the “stupendous success” of his movie GodFather. He also thanked his audience for supporting his movie.
On his instagram post Chiru wrote, “Thank you, my dear Sallu Bhai and congratulations to you too. Because Masood Bhai is the force behind GodFather’s stupendous success. Thank you and I love you so much. Vande Mataram.”
In another video released by Ram Charan’s Konidela Productions company, Chiru stated that 600 screens will be added for ‘Godfather’ in Hindi belt.
“Hello friends namaste. Thank you so much for all the love you are showing in our film GodFather. I’m truly humbled. It’s just been two days and we have already crossed ₹69 crore of revenue. I’m told that today another 600 screens are added in the Hindi belt. You’ve truly made this a pan-Indian film. My hearty thanks to the audiences and all my fans from north, south, east and west. See you at the movies. Thank you so much once again. Jai Hind.”
“GodFather,” which is directed by Mohan Raja, is an official remake of Mohahal’s “Lucifer.” The Telugu version of was authentically recreated by Mohan Raja in his own way. Both reviewers and viewers like Raja’s directing.
The flick is produced by Ram Charan and RB Choudary. Thaman has composed the soundtrack. Nayanthara, Satya Dev, Puri Jagannadh, and Sunil appeared in supporting roles. Salman Khan made a cameo appearance in this film.
Salman Khan also congratulated Chiranjeevi on ‘Godfather’s’ success through a video message.
