Prabhas’s ‘Adipurush’ will battle with ‘#Mega154’ and ‘Varasudu’ for Sankranthi victory

The Sankranthi season is the epic season for cinema lovers. Every year, the top Tollywood actors reserve their spots for their movie releases during this time of year. For movie buffs, this Sankranthi season of 2023 is going to be an absolute wild coaster. Three of the most eagerly awaited films, namely Adipurush starring Prabhas, #Mega154 starring Chiranjeevi, and Varasudu starring Ilayathalapthy Vijay, are scheduled for Sankrathi 2023 release. Along with these big-budget movies, Panja Vaishnav Tej’s next, untitled movie also may release in Sankranthi season.

Adipurush 

‘Adipurush’ is being made in both Hindi and Telugu and will be released in theaters on January 12, 2022. The story is based on the Hindu epic “Ramayana.” Prabhas plays Rama, Kriti Sanon Janaki, Saif Ali Khan Ravana, Sunny Singh Lakshmana, and Devdatta Nage Hanuman in this film. ‘Adipurush,’ directed by Om Raut, was produced by Bushan Kumar through his company T-series with a massive budget of 500 crores.

#Mega154

The stage is set for the return of Megastar Chiranjeevi to the big screen in a fully loaded mass avatar. Chiru’s next film, #Mega154, is set for 2023 Sankranthi release. Megastar is hoping to dominate the box office with #Mega154 after the failure of ‘Acharya’. ‘Mass MahaRaja’ Ravi Teja is playing a key role in this movie. This film is directed by Bobby and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The music is given by DSP.

Varasudu

Tamil Superstar Vijay and  Director Vamshi Paidipalli collaboration Varasudu is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. Dil Raju is producing this film under his home banner. Fans have huge expectations on this flick. Varasudu is set to hit the theaters in January 2023.

#PVT04

PVT04 is a working title and it is an action entertainer movie directed by Srikanth N Reddy. The movie stars Panja Vaisshnav and Sreeleela in the lead roles. This flick also stands in Sankranthi release race.
